Shipping options
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax) in Canada and the US
  • UPS: Standard and Expedited Shipping, Purolator Ground Shipping (good for remote locations)
  • Local Pick up available to those residing in Calgary, AB
Processing and delivery time
  • UPS Standard Delivery: 1 to 7 business days
  • UPS Expedited Delivery: 2 business days
  • Purolator Ground: 2 or more business days based on your address

Important note on free shipping eligibility

To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be $100 or more after any discount codes are applied and before tax. If your total falls below $100 after applying a discount, shipping will be calculated and applied at checkout.

How long does it take to ship?

  • Once an order is received, processing takes 1-2 days

  • You will receive a notification when your order is shipped with a tracking code

  • Standard delivery takes 3-8 days

  • Priority delivery takes 2-7 days

  • Express delivery takes 2-5 days

  • Expect 10-14 days for International shipping

Shipping within Canada

  • Orders are sent via Standard Post unless otherwise specified

  • Orders are insured in case of damage or loss

  • If you are in Calgary, we can arrange free pick-up

No longer shipping to the USA

US customers are no longer able to import foreign goods tariff-free due to the de minimis exemption, which allowed packages valued under $800 to enter the U.S. with no import tax.

Shipping Internationally

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Orders sent internationally are shipped by airmail

  • Orders shipped internationally are not charged Canadian taxes

  • Orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees.

  • A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail

  • Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees
